In her 12 years working in London, Nara has garnered extensive experience in the music industry, working with artists at various stages of their careers both domestically and internationally. She has held key roles at major labels including Universal Music, Sony Music, and EMI Records, specialising in A&R administration, coordination and business affairs. Her experience also includes collaborating with indie labels, artist and producer management companies, studios and DSPs. In February 2024, Nara founded Blue Moon Inc., which she now leads from Helsinki, Finland. Recognising the ever-evolving nature of the industry, Nara values the importance of embracing change and fostering uniqueness, a value that is deeply embedded in the ethos of Blue Moon.
